Liberty Light Terms of Service

We are sure that you will greatly enjoy your Liberty Light solar flagpole light.
In the unlikely event something goes wrong with your purchase be assured that we will do our best to make your experience with us a smooth and pleasant one.
We are a user-friendly company and customer service is a very important part of our business. We always stand by our customers and our products.

Please keep in mind that ALL after sale inquiries must be processed through our help desk. The ticket system in place allows us to better serve you.

Guarantee

We warrant to the end user that the Liberty Light will be free from defects in material and workmanship for 90 days. The 90 day warranty is a fixed period commencing on the date of purchase of your Liberty Light. The date showing on your sales receipt is the date of purchase. You are required to provide proof of purchase as a condition of receiving warranty service.

The Liberty Light warranty covers only those defects that arise as a result of normal use of the product and does not cover any other problems, including those that arise as a result of improper installation, modification, operating outside the product specification or misuse.

Replacements and Returns

We will at our sole discretion repair or replace the defective product.

We shall have no obligation to repair or replace until the customer returns the defective product.

Before initiating a return please contact our help desk and open a ticket. We will come back to you with a RMA (Return Merchandize Authorisation) number and provide you with return instructions.

If you are within the guarantee period, we will issue you a prepaid shipping label to send the product back to our warehouse. We will also cover the costs for shipping back your repaired or replaced product.
Returns without RMA number will not be processed.

Refunds

To request a refund please visit our help desk and open a ticket within 30 days of your purchase. We will provide you with an RMA (Return Merchandize Authorisation) and return instructions. You must return the product within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA.

We shall have no obligation to process a refund until the customer returns the product.

For a swift process, we kindly advise you to keep any of the original packaging materials. All products must be packed in the original packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation, and bonuses that shipped with the product.
If the item is returnable and you send it back to us in its original condition, we will offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. Shipping costs will not be refunded. A 20% restocking fee may apply if your purchase is not returned in its original condition.

When returning your Liberty Light for a refund, you are requested to use a carrier that offers shipment tracking and either insure your package for safe return to us or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to use a carrier that offers tracking or insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.
